Refund policy

Return/Refund: If there is a manufactured defect and the jewelry is not able to be fixed, we will refund or exchange for the same piece or comparable piece .  You must notify us by email at flaulessbling@gmail.com within 3 DAYS of receiving the jewelry.   The email should include your name, order # and picture of the damaged jewelry to start the refund process.
